As the name implies, RevolutionsOnline has a vision of change. The goal of RevolutionsOnline is to usher in a new standard in service, what we refer to as the Age of Service Accountability SM.
Across our country, we see the impact of the “cheep price” philosophy that focuses almost exclusively on price. As a result, the level of service suffers greatly. Many consumers feel that service across our country is often appalling.
RevolutionsOnline is changing this trend. As the place where consumers go to rate and find a wide variety of service professionals, consumers will be able to raise the standard of service in their community.
What separates RevolutionsOnline from other rating systems is that it is focused on complex, costly, and infrequently purchase markets. While there are many places to find ratings for books, movies, and restaurants, RevolutionsOnline focuses on real estate agents, nursing homes, car dealers, orthodontists, and other similar service industries.
RevolutionsOnline offers consumers free access to the rating information, while service providers and their offices can become members and experience a number of benefits. However, since the focus is on service, listings are driven by which service providers have the best ratings and number of ratings; placement cannot be bought.
