Knowledge and Experience
What level of knowledge and experience did the real estate agent demonstrate?
1. Minimal knowledge / experience
It appeared to me that the agent either did not know or did not understand many essential details of the real estate business.
I felt I knew more about real estate than the agent did.
2. Basic knowledge / experience
It was clear that the agent was new in the business.
I was disappointed that the agent couldn’t answer what I thought were typical questions.
I was not confident that the agent had enough experience to complete the transaction.

I was surprised that we were able to close due to the fact that we were so poorly prepared.

There was last-minute scrambling in order to complete the closing.

The agent was ready for the closing, but had not adequately informed me about the closing process or how long it would take.

The agent was well prepared and had done a good job of informing me of how everything would proceed.
