Patient Service
How satisfied are you with your overall patient-service experience?
1. Very Unsatisfied
The doctor’s staff was rude.
Little or no concern was shown for the patient's comfort.
There was no follow-up after the course of treatment was over.

The doctor’s staff was not openly rude to me, but they weren’t friendly, either.
It was difficult to reach someone when the patient had an urgent problem.
