Thoroughness

How do you rate the thoroughness of the inspector?

  • The inspector moved too quickly through the property to notice even obvious problems
  • It did not appear that he knew what he should be looking for, especially in areas that were not his expertise
  • There were numerous things we found wrong after we moved into the home that the inspector did not find

Jeff is the best inspector... he's very knowledgable and willing to take the time with "our" clients to explain exactly if & what he finds plus if & anything should be done about it. He has made me 100% confident that my clients will not only get the most through inspection, but they will also walk away knowing exactly every little thing about the property they are planning on spending their hard earned $ on. It's also very reassuring to me that if i have ?'s he's there.
